In overall, the place is functional, has incredibly nice staff on the reception desk. The junior suite is fashionable and contemporary. The breakfast was extensive and free, we enjoyed a lot of meals. The location is marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to a prominent art museum. Also, it is next to all the piazzas and the river, the centre and the train station and florence cathedral and main attractions.

The location was incredible, adequate in food selection with easy access to main shopping street and a shopping street. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The room and bathroom were great, the bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. The location was perfect! Only 2 minute walk from the Duomo and not far from all the other main attractions, we walk to them all. Best of all, it's a 5 minute walk from the train station so it was easy for us to get to and from the station. We didn't have breakfast included, but there are lots of pasticerrias which have all sorts of breakfast pastries and drinks.

The hotel had a great location around 4-6 minutes' walk from a distinguished monument. We were given a decent size and recently refurbished room with 2 televisions and Wi-Fi.

This hotel suits me perfectly! With wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area, it provides everything I need. The staff even helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I'll keep coming back for a city break.

The position of the hotel for convenience. Close to station and centre. Rooms very quiet.

This hotel was awesome. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the train station and all major sites. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered all questions and gave great tips on major sites to see. The rooms were very spacious and had air-conditioning!!! I had my 1 1/2 year old boy with me and they offered a baby cot at no cost. The next time I go to Florence, this hotel will be the first I check for reservations.

Breakfast was expensive and not included with the hotel rate but next door to this hotel is a bakery that has a wide variety of food. It opens at 8am.

The hotel's modern decor, with stylish furnishings and easy navigation for seniors. I particularly adored the cozy bar area. A lovely spot to relax with a drink after a day of sightseeing.

More seating areas could be helpful for seniors.

Very conveniently located & is walking distance from the central station, duomo, shopping and almost all parts of the city are easily accessible

Smell in the lobby was very strong for all the 2 days I was there...

I was delighted by the comfort and quiet of my room only 2 blocks from the Duomo and wonderful eating choices within easy walking distance. For the money, it was wonderful!

The price for breakfast, which I did not have, seemed high.
